Pastor's Discipleship Network: Working with Students
Our theme for 2024 is Developing a Discipleship Culture. Nowhere is culture change more important than with our students. So how can we disciple students well? If you are a pastor, please join us to contribute to this important conversation.
Time & Location
Sep 05, 2024, 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
COhatch UA -- The Lookout Room, 1733 W Lane Ave, Columbus, OH 43221, USA
Event Details
The statistics are clear: helping students develop a passion, love, and equipping for following Jesus at a young age is the best use of our resources if we want to see God's kingdom grow and flourish. Yet, student ministry is often under-resourced and de-prioritized. Join us for large and small group discussions on what works well/ doesn't work well in discipling our young people, teasing out the role of church v. the role of parents, with a targeted emphasis on best practices.
Our theme for 2024 is "Developing a Discipleship Culture." Lee, Nathan, Rachel, and Jason will guide our conversation this time, but we find the more voices in the room, the more we all learn. We'll have light refreshments, cold drinks, and a great time.
Please Note: our location is moving! To accomodate more people, we're relocating to the COhatch in UA, 1733 W. Lane Ave.
The Pastor's Discipleship Network provides community, inspiration, and equipping for intentional disciplemaking. Join us, and feel free to invite any other pastors you think may benefit.
