Our last discussion centered around students; this gathering will go further to focus on whole families. How can our churches become the kinds of transforming environments that leave positive lasting changes in whole family structures? Our focus must broaden from the individual to the family unit; our emphasis need not be on individual parenting style, but rather, on building a healthy, godly culture within the home... a tough needle to thread well. We don't have all the answers, but pray that this conversation will result in some collective wisdom!
Our theme for 2024 is "Developing a Discipleship Culture." Lee & Nathan will guide our conversation, but we find the more voices in the room, the more we all learn. We'll have light refreshments, cold drinks, and a great time.
