Pastor's Discipleship Network: What are our metrics?

Our theme for 2024 is Developing a Discipleship Culture. As what we measure reflects what we value, we begin the year discussing our metrics. If you are a pastor, please join us to contribute to this important conversation.

Feb 01, 2024, 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM

COhatch Worthington -- "The Library", 752 High St #2, Columbus, OH 43085, USA

About the event

It's no secret that the American church is known for an obsession with metrics -- butts, buildings, and budgets, I've heard (because it's a church thing, I'm pretty sure there's a law dictating it must be alliterated.) But if we care about discipleship, what are the right metrics? This kind of slow, qualitative growth can be tricky to measure well.

Our theme for 2024 is "Developing a Discipleship Culture" and this conversation will help frame where we go next. Lee & Nathan will help us navigate this discussion. We'll have light refreshments, cold drinks, and a great time.

Please Note: we will be at the "Library" COhatch, not the "hardware store" location. This is not the actual Worthington Library, although the parking lots are caddy-corner.

The Pastor's Discipleship Network provides community, inspiration, and equipping for intentional disciplemaking. Join us, and feel free to invite any other pastors you think may benefit.
