About the event
It's hard to overstate the importance of intentional leadership development. How can we train our leaders to become effective disciplemakers? Our modeling, message, metrics, structures, and encouragement all needs to be in alignment if we truly want to see a discipleship culture take hold. Tricky? Yes. Impossible? Not with God.
Our theme for 2024 is "Developing a Discipleship Culture." Lee & Nathan will guide our conversation, but we find the more voices in the room, the more we all learn. We'll have light refreshments, cold drinks, and a great time.
Please Note: we will be at the "Library" COhatch, not the "hardware store" location. This is not the actual Worthington Library, although the parking lots are caddy-corner.
