Lunch Series: How to Help your Disciple in Evangelism
When Jesus asked us to go and make disciples, he was giving his followers an evangelism strategy. How can we be faithful to this call in our own lives, and help those we shepherd and mentor to follow after?

Large-scale surveys repeatedly show that Christians are nervous to share their faith with non-Christians. Yet, as disciples of Jesus, His mission of "seeking and saving the lost" should also be our mission. How can we move into our lost, highly relativistic, and hostile culture with the gospel effectively? And, how can we inspire those who follow us to do the same?
Rachel Smith, co-director of the Discipleship Network, is also a trainer with REACH Columbus, a collaborative, cross-denomonational evangelism team. Passionate about reaching the lost, she will provide helpful fodder for our discussion.
The Discipleship Network meets the third Thursday of the month for inspiration, equipping, and community for everyday disciplemakers. A catered lunch is provided free of charge, but we do ask that you RSVP. Feel free to invite anyone you think may benefit.
