[CDN] Neighborhood Discipleship
Many of us are inspired by the notion of connecting with our neighbors but may not know how to begin. Dr. Tom Edwards leads a missional community dedicated to this vision and has shown remarkable effectiveness in fostering community within his neighborhood. Let's draw wisdom from his experience.

Event Details
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these." - Mark 12:30-31
For all the talk of "loving our neighbors," some have observed that Christians can struggle to love our actual, physical neighbors well. How can we engage or create community where we already live? How can we love our neighbors, while being authentic in our faith? And most importantly, how can we engage our neighbors effectively with Christ's love in a transformative way?
Dr. Tom Edwards is highly effective in this art form. He has ample personal credibility from his own life, but in addition, leads a missional community and non-profit, HOME LifeCenter, helping to reach and transform neighborhoods all over the country. Tom's story will inspire you and give you some practical guidance in thinking more creatively and missionally about your own neighborhood. Join us!
PLEASE NOTE: We'll meet at the Polaris COHATCH for the 2024-2025 season.
Columbus Discipleship Network meets the third Thursday of the month (second Tuesday in Nov & Dec) for inspiration, equipping, and community for everyday disciplemakers. A catered lunch is provided free of charge, but we do ask that you RSVP. Feel free to invite anyone you think may benefit.
