[CDN] Employing a Coaching Mindset in Disciplemaking

Quality discipleship moves through various phases, and along the way, the nature of our relationship will change. While it can be appropriate to be directive with a young believer, as our disciples mature, grow, and develop their own ministries, coaching becomes essential. While this topic is the subject of uncountable books, courses, and seminars, this session will provide a simple, practical model we can apply right away. 

Wendy McWherter is a highly sought-after coach both in ministry fields and the business world. A former church planter and current coach for the KC Underground movement, she also holds certifications and credentials from a number of professional coaching organizations. Wendy is the owner of the McWherter Coaching Group and founder of Flourish Communities. We are fortunate she is willing to share her time and expertise with us in this area!
